2018 SPRA Conference Trade Show

Thursday, October 18th, 2018

10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

CONFERENCE THEME:

The theme of the 2018 SPRA Conference is “Recreation Round-Up,” a theme that is in keeping with the ranching heritage of “The Old Cowtown” of Maple Creek and the Cypress Hills area.

NEW FORMAT!

Following feedback from tradeshow vendors in the past, the format of the 2018 SPRA Conference Tradeshow will be a departure from the previous format.

Rather than being associated with “RecFest” on the Thursday evening of the conference as in the past, the tradeshow will run during registration, lunch and the afternoon refreshment break during the plenary sessions of the opening day of the conference when delegates are still fresh.

In addition, lunch and refreshments will be served in component parts on four different tables spread throughout the tradeshow areas, thereby compelling delegates to search out the food and refreshment stations among the tradeshow exhibits in order to “Round-Up” the complete lunch and refreshment break offering.

Also, the menu for the luncheon will be finger foods that can be consumed standing up, allowing delegates to browse the tradeshow exhibits and interact with exhibitors as they eat their lunches and enjoy their afternoon refreshment break.

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS:

  • Exposure to approximately 200 Parks & Recreation professionals and volunteers representing Municipalities from across Saskatchewan.
  • Free access to food and refreshments during the luncheon and afternoon coffee break.
