If your renewal is completed correctly, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Before starting your online renewal, you will need to have a copy of the following electronic documents so they are ready to upload:
In the past year (January to December) please provide an estimate of the number of individuals that you provided fitness programming to - Individuals are to be counted only once!
You can submit a scan of these documents or take a picture of the documents with your smartphone.
After you have attached all the files, you will need to select the payment method before you click on the Next button, which will complete your online renewal.
