Sparks 2025

The Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association and Saskatchewan Association of Recreation Professionals have teamed up for Sparks 25, October 7-9, 2025 at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina!  

This in-person gathering is your go-to event for networking and inspiring the continuous growth and education of the parks and recreation industry. So, whether you are working or volunteering in the parks and recreation industry or are connected to the industry as an ally in health, community development, or tourism, you won’t want to miss this!

Event Overview:

Oct. 7: Pre-Event opportunities focusing on peer-to peer sharing and networking.  

Oct. 8-9: Sessions, workshops and panels on topics like:  

• Advocating in your circle of influence 
• Leveraging and understanding AI 
• Equitable parks and green spaces 
• Promising practices for disability inclusion
